Terms & Conditions – 1malaysia 6 Malaysia Digital Entertainment Platform

1 User Eligibility

To register and use the 1malaysia 6 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised resident in Malaysia.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or subject to any prohibition by a regulatory body.
• Have an active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTPs.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the 1malaysia 6 platform.

1malaysia 6 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a copy of a valid MyKad or Malaysian passport. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified period will be suspended until verification is finalised.

2 Registration & Account Management

The 1malaysia 6 account registration process is straightforward and free of charge. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
• Notify 1malaysia 6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not transfer or share your account with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 1malaysia 6 platform. If our system detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual based on personal information, IP address, device, or payment method, all such accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

1malaysia 6 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these terms.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 1malaysia 6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

5 Game Rules

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1malaysia 6 customer support staff.
• Spreading false information about the 1malaysia 6 platform on social media or other channels.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate. 1malaysia 6 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

1malaysia 6's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

Users agree that all legal proceedings relating to the 1malaysia 6 platform shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

1malaysia 6 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through:
